        I had them out this past Spring. They came out on time in a lettered work van, the tech was polite, went over the system and found it 2.5 lbs low on Freon. The tech added the freon and the cost to repair the unit was fair. The call took about a hour or so. I would recommend them and I will call again.

        On the hottest day of the year...

        On the hottest day of the year, so far in 2012, I had central air put in by Ascot Systems. Amazing service. From the initial call for an estimate to them loading up their truck today, I was impressed. I appreciate how clear, organized, and professional everyone was. If you are in the near west burbs, give them a call.

        I am not certina of who wrote this but certain parts are costly. Our labor rates are competitive with all other local heating companies and are price mark up is fair. Some vendors we buy parts from sell at a high price & when marked up can get quite expensive. We do our best to stay competitive and take care of customers in the right way otherwise we do not get repeat business.
