Just Java Coffee

We liked the coffee and service. The blond lady was so nice, asking about us, etc. We purchased iced coffee, muffen and hot coffee each time in the cafe. We asked if they gave a $.50 refill on the iced coffee like Starbucks. She said that they would certainly meet Starbucks refill price. We made this our regular place. On 8/23 we became regulars after about 6-times and did 4-times in 8-days. When I asked for a refill on the iced coffee I was charged full price. Told the man that the nice blond lady gave me the same refill price as Starbucks as did the other lady. His response was "the blond lady is not here, if you want a cheap refill go to Starbucks." I responded with "do you really want me to go to Starbucks?" He responded with a terse "Go to Starbucks," turned his back and refused me service. Guess what? We will never return and will as the man suggested ... "GO TO STARBUCKS." Coffee Just Java just lost a loyal customer by the rudness of one person.
