Do not hire this plumbing company. Brian, the owner, will cut corners at every turn to save money and hopefully you will have a city inspector to find these short cuts. For one, missing safety items so water doesn't leak all over your house, like nail guards so a nail doesn't protrude the rubber hose plumbing, shouldn't have to be caught by the city. That was one thing. Another thing, he didnt properly insulate the piping so it froze in the middle of winter, blaming others for his faults, was an issue. Thirdly, he also didn't properly vent the piping outside and lazily vented it into the attic. The smell of an outhouse and sewage has been constant for 7 months and he admitted to claiming he would fix it, then would make excuse after excuse and never returned to do the work, he then started to deny it was never in his proposal (this after texts show his admittance to doing it wrong and saying week after week he would come out to fix it). He also chipped the marble on the floor moving the new toilet in, and tried to hide it. So unless you want a sewer smell lingering in your home, amoung other things, so he can save money, and you want to hire a lawyer to sue him for having another company fix his lazy mistakes, pick a more reputable plumbing company and don't go with wallace. I'm amazed companies like this are able to exist without getting caught by cities or the state of michigan for ripping customers off.

Brian Wallace is the only plumber we will have out to our home. He is the best around. Don't waste your time or money calling anyone else. He is a down to earth, nice guy.
