AMAX; Auto Parts

I contacted amax, hoping to find a mirror for my truck. They said they could get me one, so I took my truck down there so that they could get me the right mirror. I paid them in full and they said they would have it in 3 to 4 days. It never arrived and no one called me. I called several times with no reply, when I did reach them I was told that I must have been out screwing around (not so nice of words) because I didn't answer my phone. Then I was told to come down to the shop so the could kick my (you know what). Get my point. The so called manager or owner whoever he is ( I think his name is Joe) will not call me back, and now they have completely stopped even taking my phone calls. They refuse to give me my money back..... Stay away from them, do not trust them at all. They should have their license to do business in rockford revoked.
