Ramada

I was at the Ramada in Aug. 2013 for a conference. I had interaction with the front desk, bartender and the parking assistant. I was very impressed at the way I was treated and noticed another person having a problem that was easily taken care of right then.(parking issue) The front desk validated my parking to be free as all the handicapped spaces were full. The bartender went to Tulleys coffee (inside lobby) as it was closed and made a specialty coffee for me. The parking assistant was very helpful. He took my parking ticket to have them stamp it again as it wouldn't read the first time. He was going to raise the parking arm for me to leave but the ticket then worked. I received directions back to I-5 and they were right on. The lobby is very nice, comfortable and very clean. If I were to stay and the rooms room service and their other amenities were as what I experienced I would give them 5 stars. The people coming and going were dressed from very casual to business suits.
