        I got quick and informative reports. I was very impressed by the level of customer service (timely replies to my e-mails, returned calls, good advice, etc.). I am very happy I came across this agency and hired them. Besides, I needed help fast and they did not make me wait like Pacey's Agency (I had to wait for 10 days to get a reply for my first e-mail)
