Bridget Olsen of CENTURY 21 Century Real Estate. Kicked us out of our home that we rented over the Holidays. Over a pipe leak that had been there from day 1. She sent us this letter. I notified you on Monday the 1 of December that I was not renewing the lease. I had my plumber visit the property and their is to much damage for me to fix while you are still living there. I'm willing to give you to the end of the month to find a new home. I'm also sending this letter to the city of Omaha Landlord Association so they will have record of it.
