First things first: funny how people give this place a bad review and does it twice with different names but the same date. I had my twins bday party there this past weekend, had a pckg #2 with an extra hour. That place was perfectly decorated to what I expected, we had a hostess which was a nice guy and ran our party perfectly. Overall I recommend this place for your kids parties. I wouldn't listen to all this negative reviews. I guess this people were specting a gold platter.

Had my child's bday party there this past Friday, and it was the perfect afternoon. Clean and safe place for the kids. My kids loved it and didn't want to leave. The owner had arranged a hostess for our 4 hour party. He was very attentive and pretty much ran our entire party. He's exact words was "come enjoy that I will take care of everything" as for the owner, very nice and kind lady. Their service to me and my guess was amazing and def wld come back again next year for my daughter's bday. I recommend this place.

This is an excellent place to have a memorable party for your little one. Flor (owner) is outstanding and her staff had provided excellent service and attention throughout the party for our little one. Not sure why the others below weren't satisfied, our contract was cleared up and finalized a few days ahead of the party on exactly what the total price was and what decorations to expect. We brought our own food but she was still nice enough to provide pizza, plates and special seating for all the kids. Her staff oversaw everything from keeping the plates, napkins and drinks table in order to helping during caking cutting and games.

Don't go in assuming you discussed a Hyundai but were really expecting a Mercedes. All in all I would recommend this place, and like any major event just have all the details of the party clearly discussed and finalized with them and everything will be just fine. Thanks Flor, we'll definitively do another party with you.

I was promised a party for aug 11 2013 from 3pm to 8pm. I rented out the whole business because I had a lot of guests for my daughter's birthday. The deal was $650 and I had to deposit $100 to reserve. She told me there is an outside company that can decorate beautifully with balloons etc. for an extra $200. I agreed. So with the deposit I have a balance of 750. I told her I am bringing my own food and she said that is ok just bring your plates cups etc. well the day of, I noticed she put plates down at the tables after I bought some already. not only did the owner flor remove all the plates, I also saw herself blowing up balloons as I was dropping of foods. the decorations she promised me with balloons and such were re used from a different party. the balloons wasnt anything significant that awed me in surprise. at the end of the party she gave me the bill. $1350 ! I was in shock. she said the decorations were special order and I used 2 extra hours. the guests all left my 715pm! she went back on our agreement and I was stuck with an absurd balance. she told me that was our agreement and it wasnt. I even called her multiple times prior to the party to try to pay for the party and she said she does not have a definite price right now. she did not want me to see the absurd amount she was going to charge me. I would of told her no way and go rent a hall somewhere else. at the end she also said that if I wanted I could ask her for a receipt during income tax season so I can claim a charitable donation. what the??? this lady scammed us. we paid her. but she played us for fools!

Party place is nice and safe for kids but beware of money hungry, unprofessional owner, flor. Number one Te price of the party is overpriced. When paying As much as the quote you expect food, drinks and paper goods none of which except pizza was included. Then not only did the owner steal one of my party favors she increased the price of the party at the end. When offering Te owner my credit card for payment she insists that the agreement is cash only. Ripe off I wold never again. The best luck is renting a hall and doing things your own way. Stay away!

The owner "Flor" is completely unprofessional and a straight up liar! We rented 2 rooms at Kidz@Play which is theirs and she charged us $143 for 2 trays of fried food, which she had casually forgotten to list/ mention when we made the contract. All that was there was chicken wings, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. She also over-booked and had a party (which she later claimed wasn't an actual party- the pizza, sodas, cake and goodie bags fooled me!) in the common area where the parents of kids at my son's birthday were standing to be able to watch their kids, that common area is about a 10 foot area between a few arcade games and the jungle gym, so my party had to pass another party just to get from one to the other. Then kids from the other party were taking drinks and snacks from mine and going into my private room to sit. Over all it was an absolute mess and I'm sure a safety & fire hazard. The owner was just completely rude when I confronted her about it and at the end came out with a ridiculous bill which was nothing like we had agreed to. She wouldn't even give me a copy of the contract she had (which was different from mine) or any sort of itemized receipt.

Dont Book Parties here. We were lied to and overcharged for a party that was supposed to just be us with no other parties. Instead there were 2 other parties and the place was a mad house. The owner swore to us one was not a party it was an award ceremony. All of the kids parents were appalled at the place. It was so crowded people were eating food by the arcade games and no one was able to play. Charged us $143 for 2 party platters (wings, onion rings, mozarella sticks) that were supposed to be included in price!! $143!!!

This place is a rip off and with the overbooked parties it was a fire hazard.

This is not a good place to go as there are several racist folks that go there. Perfect example is when i took my daughter and niece for teh first time and there was a private bday party going on. After paying $20 for both girls and playing for 30 minutes we were approached by the owner lady and she told us we have to leave because the private party doesnt want us here. I said what do you mean? is there a policy, she said no the people throwing the party are just acting very strict.. I said who owns the place you or them? she had no answer but to say 'sorry'. she offered two free passes thinking it will make the matter better. If there is no contract indicating that private parties remain private and the front desk allowed us in after paying then why were we kicked out? anyone can answer?

Very dissatisfied!! The place has a lot of hidden charges. Plus the owner and the party helper were very unprofessional. Their oven was broken on the day of the party. This was very understandable. But the owner (Flor i think) would not make any attempts to order food from outside and also when I told her I had 15 hungry kids waiting and I needed food fast, she was very reluctant to order out pizzas and tried to be cheap by ordering double sliced pizzas for the kids (tiny pieces).They try to cut cost everywhere (like promising the birthday child a goodie bag but not giving one, using the customer bought paper goods instead of the ones they are supposed to provide.) and it shows. The whole affair was very unpleasant. Definitely would not recommend this place.

This place is nice for the kids for a play day but for a birthday party is not to good, I had a party Feb/2012 I bought a package for 15 kids a choice of pizza or hot dog or chicken and including juice and paper cuts also a goodie bag for the birthday kid and a free come back to the place to play. Well I didn't get ant paper goods like she mentions in the package I order pizza and she made one pie and manage to cut it to feed 15 kids one tiny slice no goody bag. Not to mention that at the beginning I order an arch of ballons and when I notice that it was going to be too expensive I went to the place and talk to her and she told me that its too late no money would be given back, no discount was given for the things that she didn't give that was promise tru the package that I bought the party is a two our event once is done she rushes you to leave the place pay and leave; Fridays and Saturday she has a makeup artist this is separate from the package but she is really good with makeup and balloons as for Flor she is hungry for money so for those people that are planning a party be aware and also she needs to understand that paper goods are not just tablecloth is cups and plates which she didn't provide.... shame and also if you decide to bring food watch her she will be eating from it too...
