        One week away from competing in the 2022 IBJJF Pan-American championships in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu I hurt my neck bad, I was scared. Amanda’s knowledge and careful expertise helped bring back my full range of motion and elevate pain to where I could still compete at a high level. As a result, I was still able to achieve a silver medal. Thank you Amanda, I couldn’t have done it w/o you!
