They do not deserve any stars. I have call this company and left message about one of their properties. No one called me back so I went physical down to the office. The ladies in the office lacked customer service. It seemed like I was bothering them. Even though the property I want was already taken I decided to leave because they lack professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

these people will rip you off and not think twice about it. Avoid if you prefer to do business with folks that actually have integrity.

This place is horrible if I could give no stars I would.. Customer service is awful, no one there cares about anything, when we moved into our property there were roaches vomit from the motor of the refrigerator, I had to threaten them with calling the health department in order to get a new refrigerator. Because the landlord did not want to cover it or they couldn't get in touch with the landlord, then upon being in the house for 1week we noticed we had a huge RAT living with us that would not stay out of my 2-3 year old sons room, we caught multiple mice in the attic setting up traps, and the rental office did nothing. We ended up having to get a cat to handle the rat... We had a sewage back up that took a year for them to fix, the whole back and front yard would feel up with feces, something they never mentioned of course... Creel is the worst property management place I have ever rented from. Our property was on newfield ln we also noticed not to far from us the house on Gardner was rented out 3 times in one year what does that say..

Creel Investments are full of s@&t! I would not recommend this place to anyone steer clear from this place.

I have been a tenant for years with Creel, I've seen a huge turnover in employees, but this is the first time I've seen such a pleasant staff. I am a single mom, working and going to school. When I have a problem the ladies are quick to help me with my situation. Catherine and Tracy have been very helpful with my payments and understanding. The only issue I've had in my time was from a leaking sink.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They completely screwed us over when we moved out of our house after two years. Katherine that works in the office lied to cover her own screw ups! It's obviously that the management doesn't care, no one in the office has a clue how to do their job.

This house and rental service has been a nightmare. I did not have an air conditioner for the first 3 months I lived here, and it took 3 weeks from the time I realized it to the time that Creel actually got me a compressor. My house is NEVER below 85 degrees during daylight hours, even with the A/C running, there is no insulation in the house and there are large gaps around all of the doors from the house being unlevel. I have complained several times about the electricity being messed up, from the plugs not working to the plugs not being grounded, and out of the 3 times you have sent out the maintenance people, I STILL have non-working plugs and get electrocuted if I touch the wrong appliances. I asked on 2 separate occasions for a non-working fridge in the garage (filled with rotting food) to be removed from the property. When I moved in I was told the house came with a refrigerat
