Cedar Ridge Apartments

Gracie in the office is great. We are an older couple that have a little bit of mobility problems. The towel holder broke, and Gracie figured out why. We used it as a railing. She had maintenance installed a railing that day.

The office staff is very helpful and understanding. Also the maintenance staff does a great job. I also like the location of my apartment.

Love the location, pool and the staff is wonderful. Can't wait till I move in next month. Price is the best for this area.

Stop by in did a tour with these lovely ladies. Property looks amazing inside and out. I love that they are a gated community.

So if you are looking for a affordable but nice apartment to live in... Do not move here..the ppl giving bad reviews are telling the complete truth...cedar ridge was OK before new management took place not anymore they are horrible. Bad customer service... Bad customer service... Bad customer service... New management took over in august and since then I have had a drainfly infestation and cockroach infestation and a silverfish infestation since august I have been complaining to them about bugs...their response.. We will send someone out, well glad I'm not holding my breath...I sweep 6 cockroaches a day up from my floor..(eww)... Then when I moved in there was a leak in the a/c unit that cause mold to be on my walls and floor..the first time they "fixed" it they painted over the mold and dried the carpet... The second time they dried the carpet... I had to get so nasty with the management in order for them to do their job.. Then winter hit and my heater went out..my husband reported the problem to them 3 times before they fixed it and the maintenance guy came over with an attitude because we complained but left without even coming in to fix the problem... It was fixed by the third time we complained..( maybe because I had to get nasty with them again).. Now I have to get nasty with them again because I'm still sweeping up 6 cockroaches a day after complaining, complaining, complaining!!! I wish the staff was helpful but none of them are.. Maybe I should take a box..put all the nasty cockroaches I find in my house for a month in there and dump it on their floor everytime I pay rent... Then they will understand how unsanitary it is... Don't move here... I don't care what anybody says... Don't move here.
