Zales

i have been a customer of zales for over 20 years , but i never been to one that i walk in the store and no one adknowledge me. my mom and i walked around tha lady and man was waiting on customers so i waited cause at this time no one else was in the store. so by tha time they where thur a couple more customers had walked in. instead of waiting on me both took other customers.i had brought a ring and all i wanted was them sized.just because i did not buy it from that zales i could not get them sized and i was told i would have to pay. i am not from here just visiting and i would never go back to zales again here for ANYTHING.no customer sevice at all.
