I just had my Nissan serviced here last week, and they did a great job! I had an oil and filter change, an inspection, and they checked my tires. I had heard some rattling when I turned my wheel, and they found a broken tire rod, which was probably caused by that pot hole I hit out on Race street.

They have ordered the part for me, and will be putting it on as well.

Overall, I had a great experience here, and would highly recommend this place if you need your car serviced.

Yup, don't go there, went there for inspection, I am a mechanic and had done all the work and paperwork done they insisted they pull wheels again , I may have missed something, no they just wanted to find something so they could make money, they are the same as Nazareth ford , they will make up something to fail you for, then they didn't want to give me my keys and paperwork back , did not let them inspect my vehicle , you shouldn't either can we do 1/2 star

If you care at all about your vehicle, do NOT take it to this place.



I came in for a simple oil change.. and they decided to go through my console/glove box. In the process, they damaged my glove box.. said nothing, and tried to keep it shut so I wouldn't notice.



I paid for the oil change.. got into my vehicle and shut the door, and the glove box popped open. I could then see that they took my owner's manual and wedged it in the glove box to keep it from falling open.



I asked them what they did to the glove box, which the person then said "I thought I fixed it". He came out to my car, and said that it broke when he was trying to find my registration.



After the clip inside was bent to try and hold the glove box (which kind of closes now), I left. He didn't really know what else to do - and said he was sorry about it.



I think it's ridiculous that he was going through my vehicle without my permission, and then broke something and tried to hide it.



I HIGHLY recommend never going to this place - unless you don't care about your car, and don't mind people going through your vehicle's compartments.

done business here multiple times however as time moves on clearly customer service as well as work ethic goes down. not to mention they are down to ONE mechanic. extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service currently as well as the fact that my car sat for days with NO FORMAL DIAGNOSIS yet when it came time for me to take my car else where so that it could be worked on sooner (its an everyday driver) i was charged a 65.00 labor fee for them to say they think its this & that!? if i would have been told they were backed up & wouldn't be able to get to my car for a few days i would have never gotten it towed there! rather then the we'll look at it first thing in the morning to say the least this place is no better then ed's up the street, i will be sure i don't come back for anything you've lost my loyalty as well as many people in my family.
