The Tech that came to my home was Rico. I purchased a home that hadn't been occupied for 3 yrs and needless to say the rodents moved in and begin building a nest. Rico came in extremely professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I had an estimate with Orkin the week before and they gave me a list of things that needed to be done before they would work, not the case here. My problem was solved with one treatment after about 3 days we were able to move in, but I continue to use his services. I recommend Guaranteed Pest Management whenever anyone expresses any pest concerns.
