        What a terrible police departm...

        What a terrible police department due to them having officer BENJAMIN ORR on their staff. This officer loves to give tickets to first time speeders with 8 years of clean driving under their belts, regardless if you are honest about being 10mph over the speed limit when he pulls your over.
