Staff is top notch and Dr Kokai goes out of his way for his patients. I’ll never forget how he opened up his office for me on a Friday to work on my tooth. My wife and mother in law go there too and they couldn’t be happier.

I'm very impressed with the service I received at My Best Smile. When I called to inquire if they were accepting new patients, the kind receptionist advised me they were, but I wasn't sure if they took my insurance. She took down my insurance information and called my insurance company to confirm, and then she promptly called me back to let me know they accepted my insurance. That was over and beyond my expectations right there. I was able to get an appointment within 1 week, which was also impressive. When I arrived, I was at the wrong side of the building. Make sure to pull around the back of the building to get in to My Best Smile so you aren't walking through the gym in the front of the building. I was greeted by 2 very kind, warm receptionists and promptly taken back to my appointment, where I had the most thorough, yet gentle cleaning I've ever had along with x rays. After the hygienist was finished, the dentist promptly checked my teeth and talked about the practice is more detail. I'm so glad I stumbled upon My Best Smile from my internet search. I had a great experience here and would recommend this practice to family and friends. read less

Changes in bite and chewing problems probably won’t happen overnight, so is putting off the process really a big deal? It can be! Time is not on our side when a tooth is lost. The bone tissue which supports our teeth needs the stimulation of biting and chewing to stay healthy. Without that stimulation, the bone area under the missing tooth gradually shrinks. If there is not enough bone area left, you might need surgical bone grafting to achieve the right bone height to hold an implant, or it could lead to the impossibility of placing an implant at all.

That’s what it’s all about. It starts with a conversation to learn about the person’s dental goals and overall health, and then developing a treatment approach that is right for them. I might recommend a nutritional assessment or dental hygiene instruction, suggest new or different dental products, and offer restorative treatment or orthodontics. Whatever the person’s goal, solutions are available, but I can’t start helping until I truly understand the person’s needs and desires.

Dr Kokai and Dr Feduska are truly the BEST DDS EVER! I have been a client/patient for well over 15 years. Dr Kokai has beautified my smile and Dr Feduska aligned my smile with the clear correct (invisalign type) braces. I love all of the hygienists (shout out to Stephanie Trella ) and the MUSIC in the office. The receptionist and billing processor too are all very carefully meticulous about their jobs and super friendly. I feel like a "friend" when I walk in the Baden Office.
