After getting an appointment with these people from these people for me and my son, I find that they are rude and incompetent when it comes to customer service. Not only did they destroy my morning by not being able to find my health care provider. with no apology at all the secretary asked me to leave with no remorse when I complained. I asked for the owner to come out for me to voice my concerns, even after agreeing with me that his incompetent secretary did not respond to my situation appropriately I still got no satisfaction. As a matter of face when all was said and done even other secretaries had all ganged up and joined the rudeness. Chanting bye, bye, to any comment i would make with now concern at all for the fact that I had been treated very rudely. I felt like I was in grade school again with secretaries that were not even evolved in the conversation chanting bye....bye and don't come back. No one seemed to care and actually defended the fact that this incompetent woman had no customer service skills at all!! Hence I have lost the morning and appointments for myself and my son. Please don't take your family to this place. Hopefully this has nothing to do with the fact that I am an African American Male.



Searching the internet I also found these reviews below. Save yourself a headache. Do you homework before going to these people!

Would you like new tooth smell with that procedure?

Upsell,Upsell and more upsell. I never could get a straight answer on how much my procedures were going to be, and it always changed the minute I sat in the dental chair. Went to this office four times, only one procedure done. The three other visits were used as upsell appointments. Had the feel of a timshare sales pitch and so many specialists there wasn't a regular dentist to be found. And by the way...Yes you will be told you have MAJOR peradontal disease everytime. And they will lose your previous exams, pictures, etc. and want to give you an exam everytime. Don't waste your time or your insurance coverage.

Well not be returning. In March 2010, I came in to get a crown and was in the office for almost 4 hours because the dentist had two other patients at the same time. Had be not already numbed me I would have got up and left. I really wish I would have because two years later... I'm being told that my crown does not fit right and if I don't get it replaced then I will risk losing my tooth altogether. So now I have to pay AGAIN because the job was not done right the first time.

I spent over $2,000 to fix, repair and replace the shoddy work performed on 3 different teeth from this office! I left for so many reasons, cement being left in my gum line after a crown was just one reason - I later needed a root canal because I developed an infection! An onlay also failed after 3 yrs and I was left with a decaying tooth that now needed a crown. I had to spend $1,200 of my own money to fix it, because 3 yrs was not long enough for the insurance company to cover their portion. I tried to work with him several times to get some sort of compensation, but was ignored. Run the other way, unless YOU want to spend thousands of dollars down the road to fix everything they have done!

Beware, make sure you read the fine print on the coupon. if you expect to get a teeth cleaning you better make sure your gums dont bleed or have any other problems. They will x-ray your teeth, evaluate them and tell you that you need $3000.00 worth of stuff done, if you dont do it, then they dont clean your teeth and you are out $39.00. Very dissapointed, I am new to the area and looking for a dentist for my family. Needless to say I will not be going back to this place.
