Vic's Bar-B-Que

I work down the street from this place, but my husband and I tried it out for lunch for the first time today, and we were not dissapointed. Vic's is a great little in-and-out BBQ place off Burleson and Ben White that you might pass by without noticing, but their friendly staff does manage to pull off some very moist and flavorful brisket comparable to that of more famous Austin BBQs. The sausage is excellently seasoned and the ribs just fall off the bones... Oh, and do yourself a solid and pass up the potato salad in favor of the coleslaw. It's made with crisp fresh veggies and tastes like cream, not mayo. Even their iced tea is better than average.
