Terrible support from Dave and his wife. Requested work to be done in November and nothing has been fixed. When we call, no one answers. We send email, seems foreign to them.

Neighbor knows the owner and he never heard of the list we submitted nor the email I sent last May to Direct.

No potential renter should use this business! Worst I ever had.

I have rented from Direct Homes for many years now. They are honest, upfront, & outstanding people. They have always taken care of my needs promptly & professionally. I highly recommend them. You would be hard pressed to find a better, more honest management company that can take care of business as professionally as they do.

Direct Homes has been very helpful and supportive with the rental property we are currently living in. Even though the owner changed management, the experience, service and dedication in the past year has been very professional, always responding to our phone calls on a timely manner. They have excellent service and professionalism towards their clients, most importantly they care about the people. They go above and beyond their work ethics. I am pleased to say the overall experience has been excellent!!

This is a terrible company. They are very unprofessional, disorganized, and change circumstances to fit their own story and profits. They may take care of the Homeowners, but they do not care or support renters. Eventually, they will run out of renters to support the small business that they do have. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and this is the one way to resolve company issues involving individuals in the community. Additional resolution is word of mouth and advising the community not to support such a dishones company and the people who run it. I will continue to work on ways to bring this company to change its ways for our community.

Direct Homes and Management has managed my properties for many years. I have found them to be good at what they do. Especially in the area of collections from dilinquent renters and former renters. They also do a good job of handling essential property maintenance. They take the stress out of investing in rental property.

I have been a client with Dave and Nancy of Direct Homes for about 2 years. I am most pleased with the services that they provided. The headaches and nightmares of dealing with rental property have been lifted off my shoulders. The selection of good tenants to the collections of rents has been most professional. I am most at ease and pleased with the professionalism of Direct Homes for the management of my rental property.

I think they are very unprofessional in many ways, almost appalling at times, with their lack of timing of responses, the manner in which they choose to speak is very rude when things get questioned, not approved, etc. Also, I have very serious questions about their ethics...concerning billing, additional maintenance fees, etc...

I would never ever recommend Direct Homes and Management to anyone, in fact I will be advising anyone to NOT use them. There are plenty of other Management companies in and around Denver that are not like these guys...do your research.

Direct Homes Property Services Inc., has been manageing and renting our four properties for the past five years. We have been happy with the way they have maintained and rented the houses. We have had minimal vacancies, the properties have been taken care of and we have had a few problems. Dave and Linda have been responsive to our questions and concerns and have answered any questions in a timely manner. The books, statements, tax information, etc. Have been provided in an accurate and timely manner. We do not hesitate to recommed them as residential property managers.

Well after the sell the only cast were walking away with we gave to Uncle Sam in April as capital gains. We're glad we sold the house when we did, however because we would have to start putting money into it. Still we wanted to thank you for your years of excellent service and for reffering the tenants to us. They showed interrest to buy. They certainly made things easier for us.

Direct Homes Property Services Inc., has been manageing our property for the past year. We own two wotnhouses and one single family house in Aurora that had been rented out. We had been living overseas for three year; when we returned to the States for a temporary assignment in California we switched property management companies. IT was a decision that took us form night to day. Nancy and Dave at Direct HOmes not only cut our repair costs considerably but also kept us informed about our rentals in great detail with monthly staements. Also, Nancy would telephone us to discuss stategies or problems needing immediate attention. All actions which my husband and I appreciated, because all property owners want and need to be aware of what is goin gon with their rentals. This is written to strongly support my feeling concerning the management abilities of Direct Homes. Unfortunately, I found them at the time I had already made the decision to sell my house in Aurora, Colorado, for several reason, including unsatisfactory prior management problems. Even though Dave and Nancy knew they were taking on a difficult situation, they did a superb job. I just wish that I had found them years earlier. It would have probably made a big difference in the bottom line. Thus if I were to venture long arm into the Denver management market. I would most certainly seek out their services.

Dave and Nancy Eldridge of Tri-Max Property Services, Inc, have managed our townhouse in Denver, Colorado, for the past three years. Dave and Nancy have kept our townhouse rented full-time at very good numbers, and the tenants they seleced have worked out well. I would like to say congratulations on the new name Direct Homes & Management Inc, formerly known as TriMax Properties. I have rented a property in Aurora, CO since May 1999. My history with this company has been outstanding. Their Management is very efficient. All work order calls are dealt with immediately. This is the first property management that I have ever dealt with that makes me feel comfortable as if I was living in my own home.
