Never Again!

This community college is very disorganized in every department. Financial Aid is a nightmare..the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. If you express negative concern about problems within the departments, you almost always are told that you are the only one experiencing this problem. I really hate this school and look forward to transferring as soon as possible! 4 semesters of pure hell.....

International students

I studied there and liked the school. Then I referred my fiancé to the school and she transferred successfully. That was the start of her problems: As an international student you have only one advisor who is supposed to "help" you on 2 days of the week. Average wait time is 2 weeks since you will be left waiting for hours. You have to choose the courses she picks for you even though you are not interested in them. You have to pay full amount Approx. $5,000 for 12credits in full before semester starts or lose your F1 status. You have to attend some "orientation” meeting which you never get an invite unless you call, every semester or lose your status. Ask a question and you will be singled out. She hates you, and you are done. Seek transfer and you never get any release forms. Getting an F20 means days of begging and commuting to see her (rem 2 days a week). She will always say it is “State Policy” for international students. Qn: Why is this policy
