It is unfortunate that the Dr. has to put up with horrible front desk help. These girls running the counter are rude, talk about inappropriate things, and overall are very unprofessional. The dr. was helpful with my son and seemed to be doing a good job. I just couldn't handle the mass production that was going on at the location. Not sure if it is just a comfort dental thing but it was always overbooked, crowded waiting room and the customer service was wanting. I guess that's what I get for going with the cheapest braces in town. We have since moved on and I noticed the difference immediately. Pass on comfort dental if you value customer service. Everything comes at a cost.

My daughter had her braces done with them. I feel they did a great job . Staff knew my daughter by name when we walked in every time and made us feel very welcome. Well worth the money.

A wonderful environment. When you or your children need dental service, provided by this location, than this is where you want to go. The staff is friendly, compassionate and always making that extra effort, so your day is pleasant. While there are many dental locations around, this Comfort Dental staff makes you feel like family and NOT just another number.

I have two children who have had their braces at this location. Staff is fun and love to work there which makes the experience very comfortable. Doctor Brian is ver knowledgeable and has a fantastic chair-side manner. Highly recommend this location for all your orthodontist needs.

the comfort dental staff are really professional and know what they are doing I thank them for the great smile they put on my face know because of them I get complements..thank you again. I will refer you guys to a lot of people because of the good work and caring saff.

they have a great staff and great service

When I had first started coming to Comfort Dental Braces I was incredibly nervous. Then I got to meet all the nurse ladies. I don't know their names but I know who they are. They were really gentle when it came to putting my braces on and stuff. Overall I enjoyed my whole experience here, besides the part where I had to get the braces. That part wasn't exactly what the average person would call "enjoyable".

Comfort Dental is a nice place. The workers are nice. They did an excellent job making my teeth straight. They are very professional and caring people. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I'm really glad I decided to go with comfort dental on Hamden. I was able to get them on right away and once they were off is was happy with the out come. the atmospher in the office is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. the Dr. is great he was very gental and caring. I am going to recammend everyone I know to this office.

My feelings about this office is that all the staff is cool and good doctor. They have always made sure I have been wearing my bands and doing all the proper care to my teeth as I should. They also told me what they were doing to my teeth so I knew what they they were doing, and also told me what we would be doing next appointment. They were very friendly. Doctor was very funny and Christina at the front desk has always been very friendly. Will definitely recommend this office.
