The Computer Lab-Gordon Hwy

I wouldn't go to this store to buy a computer or to get one fixed...I purchased a computer from here and first of all he charged me more then he did my husband for the same thing...first strike....then I started having problems with the computer...the date and time constantly change back to Jan.1 2008 @ 12:00....and everyone I turn the computer on it never fully comes up leaving a black screen which forces me to do a hard shut down...then it may or may not turn on properly...I took it to him under his 6 month warranty and he had it for over two weeks never called me back to answer when I would get the computer back...Didn't know what was causing the issue so we had to research why it was resetting the time...found out the main issue was the cmos battery...took it back told him what it was...he said he would have to send it out for repair and I would get it back within a week...I tried calling and leaving messages that were never returned..finally got hold of him to find out that it wasn't back yet...after more than 3 weeks I got it back and it was still doing the same thing even though he said it was working properly...took it back and he "sent it out"again for another 2 weeks and it is still doing the same thing...during all this he basically said it was something I was doing because it worked fine for him, but turning on a laptop is not rocket science....it just doesn't work...now I am going to try to get my money back...we'll see how that goes...

Dont ever go here. He does stuff to your laptops and computers to make u spend more money. He even looses items. I will never go back to him ever again Rip Off!!
