I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was seen by Mary Varghese. Due to my symptoms it was clear that I had either a sinus infection or upper respiratory infection. but instead of checking and diagnosing me from the obvious symptoms, she wanted to have me tested for diabetes, which I knew wasn't even the case. so after the test for diabetes came back negative, of course, she came back into the room and only prescribed me zyrtec and tramadol. I informed her that I already had singular that I took daily and I work so prescribing a high dosage pain medicine that would keep me in the bed did not make any sense. I explained to her that ive had numerous sinus infections before and this was no different, she said I didn't have any sinus problems but yet she prescribed me zyrtec for sinus problems. I begged and pleaded that she prescribe me an anti biotic for the infection but she would not. So I called back to see if I could speak with another doctor only to find out that she was not even a doctor , I was being seen by a nurse practitioner. I felt that my time and money was wasted since I did not have the proper diagnosis of a real doctor, who would have properly diagnosed me. The person who I was seen by again was Mary Laurel Varghese. Please if you go here ask to be seen by a real doctor, with proper experience.
