My dog broke my patio door---They were able to fix it the same day. Great service. The door actually works better than it did before also because they adjusted some part on it at no extra charge.

We used them to replace some fogged glass units. Price was reasonable, service was great. Would use again.

My husband and I were so VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED!!! i WOULD RECOMMENT NOT ONLY THE COMPANY BUT TIM AND TIM WERE WONDERFUL!!!!!! My husband stayed home in fear of men being in our home, but after meeting them we were both at ease!! They just left and I called to say how happy we were and I wanted to put this out there for them. They worked hard, but they were so POLITE AND GAVE US GREAT ADVICE!!! i HAVE THE BUSINESS CARD AND WILL BE GETTING THE WORD OUT!! I had to replace all of the spring rods in ym windows. Chad came out and gave me a quote for less than $200. After he finally got the right size and the correct number of spring rods to complete the entire job I was charged over $500! It was the biggest pain having to schedule multiple appointments to complete a simple job and then when it was finally completed he charged me more than double what he quoted! It was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company and I will never use them again. Lesson learned always get a written quote!
