CMT Agency

I have never known this agency to hire people of color, ever! This is very discouraging. I believe their event staff should be balanced but it is most definitely not. Agencies (including this one) may argue it's what the client requested but I am certain that no client will oppose diversity. Also it's odd to me that an agency allows and fulfills a request for a Caucasian only staff. In some circumstances it maybe necessary but that should be rare. I have never been considered by this agency though I have immense experience w/ an impeccable resume highlighting my experience. They are notorious in the promotions community for selecting predominately Caucasian and Southeast Asian. There's no equal opportunity, to me that deserves one star.
