        Overall

        boy they are expensive.And they dont cover all of Marion you have to check and see.

        terrible customer service

        Charter Communications has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with! You cannot speak with anyone locally on the phone and they don't do what they say they are going to do. If they promise you a price, they are lying,,,,don't believe them. Their call centers are overseas and the operators speak pigeon english. They couldn't possibly care less if you are getting good service or not!

        Dreadful! Don't do it! Go somewhere else!
