Xpress Wash & Detail

Beware! Even though I tipped as much as I paid up front, they ripped off my antenna and hood ornament and the most expensive wash was subpar! The manager washed it and his reaction was " well it still works doesn't it?" no apology, all denial, no refund! Don't go there!!

My wife has been using this car wash for YEARS! She or myself have never had a problem until having to deal with the "manager"! A trim piece broke off the hood of the car while using this car wash. At the time of the damage my wife was told by one of the workers that the owners would fix it. However almost 5 weeks later we still dont have our car fixed and worst of all it doesnt seem like they are going to fix it! I am a resonable person. If there is a sign that says they are not liable for damage so be it but dont have your workers tell me you will fix it and never follow up on it! I have lived in this area my entire life and will NEVER go to this business again and will tell EVERYONE I know not to do business here!

You would be better off washing your own car at home. These guys dont even wash your entire car. I paid $ 11 for the best car wash and my windshield had bugs left on it, my wheels looked dirty, my front bumper and rear tailgate had dirt left all over it! I rate this place with a big 0. Never going back there again! I suggest going anywhere else but here!
