24 Hour Fitness

Signed up for silver sneakers this morning. Matt was a wonderful introduction to the program he was very knowledgeable, gave me tons of information, but was not a high-pressure sales person. Options and equipment look fantastic

I love the 24 hour convenience and all of the free classes. I do swim aerobics and love the instructors. My only suggestion would be to get more treadmills as they do get crwoded in prime time (4pm-6pm). I would also love more 24 hour facilities to be built
