Sunshine Productions Modeling Agency

Thank you thank you thank you!!! This agency saved my behind! I went through a Dallas agency to hire models last weekend for a fashion show at Dallas Trade Center and two out of the eight models did not show up. I called the "agency" and got nothing but voicemail options. In desperation I googled Modeling Agencies in Dallas and found this agency. I called Sunshine even though they were based in Tarrant County. They answered the phone on the weekend, directed me to their website and gave me literally hundreds of choices. I told them who I wanted, and they were able to get one model out there the same day, and both out there the next day, with no problems. I am really greateful and impressed.

For the first time ever, my boss approved enough budget for us to hire professional models for our Fall Fashion Show in Dallas. We had been using our own employees, and to be honest, it was never good enough. We finally saw the light, went online and found Sunshine Productions through the Texas Department of Licensing & Registration, and checked them out through the Better Business Bureau (perfect record, BTW). We spoke several times over the phone, and when we came into town, the models who we hired were there to work, beautiful and prepared (nice change from the normal chaos!). Everyone did a great Job, especially Amanda, who was so adorable! We would use them again in a heartbeat! A++++++++++

I hired models online from Tacoma, WA using Sunshine Modeling and was very happy with the entire experience. From the initial phone call to the selection process, to the models who showed up to work, to the invoicing, everything was so well organized and well run. Kudos to everyone at this spectacular agency, and thanks especially to Steve Williams, and the owner (Norm) who were so helpful and patient with a client that was new to all of this. They made everything easy for us, and we really appreciate all their help.

I needed models for a catalogue shoot, and the best of the bunch to do a commercial. I had never hired models from a modeling agency before, using our own employees. When our home office complained that the catalogues looked "too flat" they suggested we use real models and the difference was just amazing. The guys and girls showed up on time, ready to work and looking great. It was obvious right away that they were pros and the shoots went off without a hitch. My bosses are happy, so I'm happy.

i am so very impressed with sunshine productions modeling - our daugher was accepted into their program recently and we received her portfolio today. the level of quality is like nothing i have ever seen anywhere else and we have been doing photo shoot of her since the day she was born. their professionalism, their courtesy and overall knowledge of the business blows away the competition. we are excited to have her with an agent we love and trust. all the expenses were gone over in detail several times and there were no unpleasant surprises like we had at a couple of other agencies that were nowhere near as well run. i am completely satisfied and would tell anyone who is interested in getting a modeling agent that sunshine is the way to go. five stars.

My company needed to hire models for a "Gremlins & Goblins" show at World Trade Center in Dallas in preparation for our Halloween line of childrens costumes and seasonal wear. We were unhappy with the quality of the children we had been getting in the past three or four shows and decided to spend the money to use a modeling agency this time around. WOW - what a difference! The kids were just fantastic, well behaved and they seemed like they had actually been in front of the camera before! No fooling around, no tantrums, no wardrobe problems, no wasted time at all. I am really pleased with Sunshine Productions and will certainly use them in the future.

We arrived from Mumbai India without any idea how we should proceed in order to arrange modeling representation for our daughter. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and they referred us to this agency. We met with them personally and were quite impressed. All staff was entirely educated and most polite to us as we were not extremely experienced in this industry. We had a most beautiful portfolio set prepared and were so happy and proud to see her in those pictures looking very adult and beautiful, more so than ever in her past. It was not a difficult or intimidating process and we are very much pleased and thank you for wonderful services.

WOW - What can I say! Just have to add ours to all the other 5 star reviews. We picked up our daughters portfolio today, and I must say I am stunned. Almost speechless! Almost, as I told Mr. Sunshine I would go online and tell anyone that is interested in modeling what a great agent he is and how happy we are. We had a compcard done by a photographer who shall remain nameless, but it was very mediocre. I guess it didn't matter because it was good enough to get us a meeting at Sunshine, and we were so impressed with every aspect of this agency. So well organized and well run, they did such a great job getting her makeup arranged and the photos were unbelievable. She is only 15 but looked at least 18 in the photos (should I be worried about this? LOL), and she has NEVER looked so drop dead gorgeous. I have hired models from every agency in the Southwest US and have never found a better one than Sunshine. They are right on top of absolutely every detail and give us the best communication we have ever had. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and don't even get me started on their website. We used to have to do auditions when we came into Dallas Fort Worth for model shows and now all we have to do is pick them off the web. The photos are large and beautiful and they really show off the different personalities of the models. In short they make my job easy.

This agency did great by me. I wanted to do runway, but at 5' 6" was told I was too short. I found out this was true, but I wanted to do catalogs or magazines instead if I could. They did a inexpensive photo session that only took less than an hour and did a small but great looking book, also not expensive since I only chose 12 total pictures. Great quality and personal service attention and pictures. located in Arlington tho, I'm in Keller. Worth the drive LOL

My daugher modeled as a child in India and as a teenager in New York and we moved to Dallas three months ago. We tried to get her an agent in Dallas but she was too short (under 5' 6")for either of the agencies we found with the Texas Department of License and Regulation. We looked at their information and found that Sunshine Productions has been in business longer and has more models than any other agency in Texas, and more importantly to us, represented petites and had a perfect record with the Better Business Bureau. We had a meeting that week, scheduled a photo shoot and ordered a portfolio. We were very happy with every aspect of this agency, and she got her first job before the portfolio was online a month! She is happy, and her father and I are happy that we didn't sign with another agency before finding Sunshine Prod. We would tell anyone to check them out - VERY SATISFIED

Great agency - gorgeus models - friendly staff!

I admit that I'm biased, as I've been the Marketing Director for Sunshine Productions since 1994. In the time I've worked for Mr. Sunshine, I have never seen him deal with clients, models, or employees, with anything other than the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. He is a very direct person (New Jersey native) and some people find that off-putting at the very beginning, but they quickly get used to him and they end up appreciating his style. It's a blunt industry, and models have to learn to take things without sugar coating. The people that complain about the number of auditions or work their kid got haven't a clue about this business. Just picked up a check for my first modeling job! Everything was so fun - the people, the clothes (GORGEOUS!!! even though i could never afford them - at least not YET!) and Everyone was so nice to me. Even though the other girls had more experience than i did they treated me like an equal. My portfolio got me the job, and i didn't have to even audition for the job - i just went in and worked the same day after i tried on the wardrobe. I love modeling and i love my agency!!! YAY!!!

Sunshine Productions is first class all the way! Mr Sunshine and his staff did a wonderful job on my daughter Monica's portfolio. Thanks to the efforts of the agency, Monica was able to land her first real modeling job. We wanted a professional organization that was licensed and found that Sunshine Productions was the only licensed modeling agency in Tarrant county when we had our portfolio done. Monica never looked more beautiful and we're excited because she's been taught how to go after real modeling work. Thanks so much!

Zero stars if I could. Mr. Sunshine (Norm) took about 1500 dollars of our money, and my daughter only had two interviews within the first year she was on the website. We feel cheated, we feel like this was a modeling scam, and I would definitely NOT recommend this company for ANY reason. It is not only a waste of time; it is a huge waste of money. Mr. Sunshine does NOT follow up on any of the commitments he makes, and it seems to me that he merely promises you the moon in order to get you to spend the most money possible. Also, the photo shoot is located in a bedroom in his house. You make your own judgments on if that is top quality. I wish we had seen the warning signs before, but hopefully this will deter anyone else from falling into the same trap we did.
