Great staff. Always willing to help me locate what I need. I have never found the staff to be rude in 10+ years shopping at either the Highlands in Arlington or Hurst store. Never had any issue with a return either. Love that you can shop online and pick up in store now.

There was not any info. from the staffs or on the receipt tell me that I cannot return an item less than a yard. They were so rude to me when I tried to return. I never return anything before at Joann, this was my first time. The employees expected me to know this information.

Literally the rudest Joann's staff I've ever encountered. I would rather drive to a farther Joann's just to get my fabric cut elsewhere.
