I caution you: DO NOT LIVE HERE! Everything bad is true. Trouble from day 1. Apartment wasn't ready on time.1st week a pipe burst. Walkway was blocked for 3 weeks. Constant issues with water pressure. A week of being fixed it burst again walkway was closed for another 2 weeks. Constant issue with roaches and mice. This place is infested. The children have made the laundry facilities nasty. We have seen them put food and trash into machines. We told the office. They also changed hours without notice. You have to submit work orders in person. I've gone by the office multiple times a day to find a sign up that says: We’ll be back soon. It’s hard to catch them in the office unless rent is due. They are closed on weekends unless it’s the Saturday AFTER rent. Contact info changed without notice. Told them their number wasn’t working and Joanna rudely informed me the number changed and “it’s listed on the website.” Told her website was down & she told me they got a new 1. I complained & she couldn’t get me out fast enough. Every experience with Joanna = terrible. Gave me wrong website a few times. May 7th told them there was standing water in front of laundry room it'd been there for a week. Did work order May 14th. Were told plumbers would be out May 16th. There was no fix. Called the office May 21st & was told it would be May 25th. Same day water smelled bad, we called the city. A rep from city came & the notice was left on the door. May 22nd, there was no water, it looks like they covered it with dirt. Water was spurting from our sinks. May 24th laundry room flooded. Our apartment flooded too. The complex didn't check our unit. Had to call emergency #. It took over 2 hours & multiple calls to get someone to come. Carpet people removed the padding underneath & set up blowers. Office lost our apartment key. Someone tried to break in. The apartment smells like mildew. They have no procedures if anything floods. Marlon told me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
