        The star goes to Cody, my sale...

        The star goes to Cody, my sales person at that the Sear outlet in Arlington.

        Charles and Randy, the managers seem worthless to me.

        This location and the people running it make it complicated and time consuming.

        Sears is so messed up and has stupid processes that prevent anything positive.

        Is there any wonder they are doing so bad............?????

        this location sucks.
