We visit KFC at least once a week every single time I've gone through the drive through, I've had to check my order, double back on a 4 lane highway inorder to get the correct food items I've ordered.

Thinking about a different technique, just incase the clerk couldn't understand me....I'd write my order on a sticky note and hand it to the cashier. That way there would be no question as to what I needed.

Sometimes they STILL GOT IT WRONG. It's incredible the number of times I've been back to that particular resturant picking up pieces they left out or exhanging one thing for another because it "will be 15 more minutes untill the original reciepe type is done".
