China Moon 2

I got to know the owners of China Moon II when his wife worked for someone I know. Now I have had deliever before and have always had good food with them. But for some reason I was told that they wont deliever to a place that is liturally within two miles of their store. THE MALL. I had a 20 dollar meal placed and they told me that it was to busy for them to deliever to me, and they only deliever to the Mall when its slow. WAAAAYYY wrong answer. Dont get me wrong the food is still good, the management staff needs a little work. Its in no way the owners fault.
