I wrote a complaint about pizza Hut on face book and this is how they handled it

Hello you all may remember earlier how I complained about the Pizza hut in Antioch CA. talked about the fact that they charge what they want and that they do not abide by what Pizza hut advertises, and how the Manager is the one that told me that they can do what they want because they are a Franchise, well Pizza Huts way of dealing with the issues was to send the complaint to that manager, what did he do, supposedly made one call while I was at work, left no message, and didn't even come up on my caller ID, so when I wrote that they never contacted me back, now he calls and leaves a message, and I call him back 2 days later, he told me he was ready to close my case no contact, he was going to tell cooperate that. So we talked, I expressed my concerns, he made excuses but said he was sorry about the experience I had, and stated to make up for it call anytime and they will give me a free large Pizza like I usually order, anytime he said, he will note it and to mention his name if any problem, well guess what I called today, and tried to order my free pizza, no one knew anything, the one worker stated he would call the manager to confirm it. the worker stated, that the manager said "have him call in tomorrow as he is not work today". what happened to anytime? I asked to speak to the current manager, spoke with Eric and told him that I would be posting this on the internet, he seemed to think it was a joke, and did not seem to care at all. SO FOLKS PIZZA HUT in Antioch, CA – 2713 CONTRA LOMA BLVD, Antioch .California, is the place, before you order from this place please, think twice.as we shouldn't let them continue to do business like they do.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is it forced me to chose a star rating, and you couldn't chose no stars
