Lone Tree Convalescent Hospital

Extremely poor facility. Rude incompetent staff. No air conditioning. No wi-fi. Smells bad. Send them to a Concord facility. Pure Ghetto

I am a resident at Lone Tree Convalescent for the second time. The first time i came was in 2009 and i had a stroke, i felt so insecured the first time but the staff was so good to me i wouldnt want to be in any other place except in Lone Tree Convalescent. The second time that i came i requested to be put in Lone Tree Convalescent Hospital, and by my experience with that facility to me it is like a home away from home. There is nothing bad i could say about this facility, they treat me so well the staff and administration are top notch. Administration treats residents like her family, she is warm and caring. If i encounter any type of problem it is well and swiftly taken care of, with care and understanding. so if anyone had anything bad to say about this facility check your own house, and stop doubting mine.
