There is no way you can pay with card electronically or online. My husband and I are very busy with work and kids we go to work at 5am get home about 7pm and the only way I can make payments it's online (which they don't have online services). So because I can not pay online I become late on my payments but when I do pay I pay 2 months in advance. The staff is very rude they talk to you like if you are stupid and they harass you at work calling ur boss even if you are a day late. I've tried mailing them money orders and they get returned because they dnt get mail at the store. You have to mail at po box. Then I provide them tracking number as proof that their money is being sent then they make an excuse their Internet will not allow them to check online. So I advice them to check on their phone and then she tells me she is not allowed to check. Very rude personal and as a employee working for the US Government i DO NOT recommend this finance company. Save the hazzle and stress.

Very bad service. Especially the manager. She doesn't want to bother with her work so she tells you.lies so you won't renew. Never apply here. They tell you one thing and then don't come through. Rude and stupid people
