2 Cousins Italian Pizza

i have never been treated so badly by a place of business. i called in a order for pick up, order a pepperoni calzone they got it wrong and gave me ham. called up there to get it fixed and was made out to be a liar. this guy started telling me what i said, got a really bad attitude with me. my husband called back he hung up on him three times. we drove back up there to take the food back and get a refund. this guy yanks the box out of my husbands hand opens the box makes a rude comment and hurls the box into the trash. tells another guy to make another one. well after going through all of this we dont want it so my husband says no give me back my money, the guy absolutely refuses him his money and has two guys walk up on my husband, and stand there like some kind of bouncers. my husband then says he doesnt want the food because how rude he has been , he then told my husband he was going to take the food or he was calling the police. i will never going there again and regret all the business i have given them in the past. i am in no way through with this i hope they are with the bbb because i intend on filing a complaint with the as well. who ever i can complain to about this i will do so. we ask to speak to the owner and was to they wont there. this dude claimed to be a manager and if this is the kind of person they let run things while they are out i doubt ill get anywhere with either.

Two cousins no more for me, a new employee at two cousins that likes to get your orders wrong and then argue with you and tell you he will do nothing about your order, most places that want your business will apologize and fix you a new order, not this place Don (BALD HEAD OLDER MAND BEARD AND GLASSES)the new guy and a older lady were rude and basically called me a liar, must be under new ownership because the people i normally deal with were always respectful, so if you get your delivery order wrong by don be prepared to argue with this IDIOT.

Two cousins is a wonderful homey, cozy family restaurant. They have great food, yet somewhat greasy! I think what they need to put more emphasis on is the timing of the order dispensing! Otherwise, they are great!
