        Overall

        They ROUTINELY understaff and make you wait for the so called "Hot & Ready" pizzas. I have had NUMEROUS poor experiences including waiting 45 minutes for an order I called in. They told me it would be ready in around ten minutes and it took almost five times as long! I will never go there again. You can get similar deals at Papa Johns and Domino's without waiting if you call ahead or order online.
