        Beautiful Property, Horrible Homeowners Assn Board

        Beautiful community. The condos have huge rooms and beat everything in the area. There are so many amenities to enjoy and it is quiet and serene. That said, the current Homeowners Association Board is dreadful. The current president, is narrow minded and on a huge power trip. There is much negativity right now at the property and will be until a few certain board members are "de-throned". Residents have no voice and are bullied by the board.Purchase and live in Royal Arms happily, just avoid the HOA and do not count on any cooperation or support from them.
