        sat 2 guys working counter, called in advance w mod, ser, and part # could not find ref. i found it in 1 sec on net.
        drove all the way down there to be greeted by taller dark hair guy wearing glasses, what a rude idiot. this guy was so rude i wanted to do something to him, but instead i figured him and his man must be fighting so i just left the 300.00 part there and ordered it off the net for 47.00.
        all my kids and myself were without heat for 3 days @ below zero temps, this guy has no business dealing w customers or public period, rude idiot, other guy was aware and tried to compensate for his rude coworker

        they will walk a moron through any heating and cooling problems, professional owner. A1 !!!!!!!!!!

        They have helped me fix the three furnaces in my house. I can't believe how lucky I was to find them. They have saved me thousands of $$$. I can' say enough about em.
