"Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" is on the business card. On the second attempt to get the job right, body line details were not maintained, creases in the bondo were still present and tape lines were visible. Letting the other 2 points go, I was really unhappy about the tape lines. I was told I will always have a tape line and using a brush would make it worse. Essentially he lied to me or his skill is so poor he can't deliver a quality product. He's not inexpensive and it would even be worth it to pay more to have it done right elsewhere.
