Pita House

We used to love this place. But since moving to King Street the service has gone completely to pot.



Today I brought my wife and two toddlers in for lunch. We ordered around 1:30. By 2, we had received our drinks, but no food, no water for our kids and no pita bread. I asked the waiter if our food was coming and I saw him in a heated discussion with the kitchen. By then our kids were getting squirrelly, so I asked him to have our food wrapped up to go. He told us there was a mistake in the kitchen and that's why our food was late. After waiting another 10 or so minutes, he gave us our food to-go and the bill. We were offered NO discount



When we got home we discovered the entire order was not in the bag. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager, and was hung up on, TWICE.

We used to order from them at least once or twice a month. Never again.

Wonderful small, cozy restaurant with great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food.
