McDonald's

It is Friday and we all rush to the what we think is the best food around and the best coffee, although my intentions

are not to get full I look more to satisfaction... My name is Claudia and I am a big fan of Mcdonalds, I have four kids and a grandbaby? I currently visited Mcdonalds on Duke St..3510 Duke and although I have had anumber of issues with my orders I always go back. Today out of all days I went with my one of my kids and very unsatisfied got my meal WHY you may ask?? Well asides from being charged more than usual my order was wrong, when asked the cashier to make sure my order got correct I got nothing but a look (nasty) I kept my cool and having forgotton my receipt I waited again to get my pring.. I go to work thinking I had my order correct and come to think that again, they gave me the wrong sandwich?? I normally don't complain but in this case I called the office. (8:57a.m) some girl answered a simple "HELLO!, so I asked for a manager... nothing was said but the phone was put down... I listen and listen to many orders before I had to hang up, over 5 minutes of wait and what can I do....



For one I wonder if they cannot understand the nature of orders or calls, although Im latin I wonder if the language is a barrier? Some don't understand and while I order I have to repeat myself so many times that by the time I get the "right" order so I think, is incorrect and many have the nasties attitude.



I just hope that something gets done, maybe train your cashiers more and be sure that they understand the language?
