Deceitful, unkind, unhelpful. I am a 100% P&T Gulf War vet who sought help/guidance for severe, chronic PTSD from this facility. The counselor was insulting, grossly downplayed the seriousness of my condition in his official records, and made (in retrospect) ignorant and potentially dangerous recommendations for psych treatment/care. Maybe this place is great for job skills counseling, but if you have mental or physical health problems resulting from your service, immediately apply for compensation and skip this place completely. It is worse than useless!
