Lexington Vacuum

In my lifetime I have used several repair service centers for various items that needed fixing. It is very hard to find a place that does it all.

Over the last few years I have had the pleasure of finding and using Lexington Vacuum, 997 Central Avenue, Albany, NY. I have had several items repaired including my grandson's toy truck, two separate vacuums serviced, and the purchase of a new Nellie Mop and vacuum cleaner.

I am thrilled to have finally found a business that has very knowledgeable, helpful, and service-oriented professionals.

I will continue to use this service center and highly recommend this business to anyone in need of it's services or those considering new purchases versus "big box" stores. This is truly a gem.

The man who handles service at lexington vacuum cleaners expects people to be certified vacuum professionals to own one. Simple cleaning is obviously not cutting it with the staff at Lexington Vacuum. I brought my vacuum in for a waranty claim. Instead of taking the job, they refused to work on it because it wasn't clean to their standards. I found them to be snooty and just trying to sell vacuums. The bottom line is, if you're looking for a place to have your Vacuum serviced, go somewhere else!‎
