Fred was the best service person I have ever dealt with! When my A/C went out recently my homeowners warranty forwarded my case to Fred at N.E.T. He contacted me promptly that afternoon by phone. Since he is over an hour away and had many other calls already scheduled he very patiently and professionally led me through some basic diagnostics over the phone. All the while I also had carpet cleaners in the house and frequently had to ask Fred to wait while I took care of some issue with them. He was so understanding. We ended up making an appointment for the next morning. When he came out, Fred had my problem fixed (a condensor cap) in just a few minutes. An hour later my A/C stopped working again and I called him. He came back right away only to discover that it had been my power company energy saving program that had been activated! There was nothing wrong with the A/C this time but Fred had driven hours for my mistake and still was nice about it! Use this guy if you can!
