Dawg's House of Grooming

I feel I gave pretty simple directions on how I wanted my dog cut and he came home with a schnauzer haircut on a Cocker Spaniel! This is not the first time I have not recieved what I asked for! I just don't get it!

i took my dog in for a bath. thats it, a bath. he came out with he feet cut way back and his hair off of his left ear missing. i specifically told then no trims. when i went in to get my money back, i didnt even get a simple apology.
