Shut Them Down, they are illiterate people from the manager down. The mail handlers put someone elses mail in your mail box, and this is too often that it's happening in 10704. It's fraud when your mail gets into the hands of the wrong people. Time sensitive mail never gets to me in time. This has been an ongoing problem for the last couple of years. Whoever is hiring these people should be fired!!! Right now!!! This post office is extremely dirty too, dirty pigs playing in the mud. I guess I'll have to make another video about the united states post office. All the phone numbers they list don't work or the mailbox is full. The last time I checked the manager was an uneducated black woman. I can't deal with an illiterate in a management position, they just sound dumber than stupid.

I too had issues with this post office. I called because online it said my package was waiting at the post office...yet the delivery was supposed to be today. The person answering the phone said it was out for delivery. 4 hours later I found a slip in my mailbox...no one ever rang. It said I needed to pay some extra postage. Why couldn't they tell me there was a problem on the phone? When I called again, the man said that the slip was probably left because the carrier did not have the package with him. Funny how when I called the first time, I was told it was out for delivery. I am disabled and it is a great effort for me to go to the post office...hopefully they will have it together tomorrow, but I am very dissappointed.

worst post office in history. they open late (10am) and NEVER ring your bell. you get a "sorry we missed you" even though you have been patiently waiting since 7am for the bell to ring. it happens EVERY time. too much effort to ring a bell so just throw a notice in the lobby. extremely lazy. so you lose a days pay waiting for the parcel then they expect you to take off the next day and waste a metrocard trip to pick up something that should have been delivered if the guy did his job properly. I HATE THEM. THEY WILL SOON BE OBSOLETE LIKE THE VIDEO STORE. much better luck at the ups stores or fed ex locations. so much more worth it. this location needs to be shut down immediately. get paid to do nothing...slackers. i would give negative 100 stars if i was able to.
