Happy China

My family and I was eating at this restaurant on their new location in Woodstock. The food was over cook and the owner is screaming to a customer over his Bluetooth and the most unhearted is calling his customer stupid. Bad place to give any business to.

Absolutely wonderful food, delightfully hospitable staff, and affordable prices. This is hands down my favorite chinese food in GA. Try the honey walnut shrimp, singapore rice noodles, and pork mushu. You can thank me later. ;)

Every time we visit Georgia we go to the Happy China. The food is great and the people who work there make us feel at home. If you like good Chinese food, you can get it at the Happy China in Woodstock.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and have never had a bad meal. The Ginger Pineapple Chicken or the Curry Chicken are probably my favorite dishes, while their Sesame Chicken is the only one I'm not crazy about (not bad but I've had better elsewhere). The soups are always very good too (I usually get the Hot & Sour) and the fried bananas or fried pineapples are a nice finish to a meal.



It is family owned and they have been in business at this location for at least 20 years, maybe more. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and well maintained. Also, there is a small indoor pond with very large goldfish when you first enter. Kids are always amused with the fish, and there is a very small wooden bridge that you step across to get to the dining area.
